About the product:
Polished aluminium body with stainless steel hopper – fully removable stainless steel grinding unit – ø52mm meat inlet – oiled gear motor – enterprice system with stainless steel plate (ø6mm holes) and self-sharpening stainless steel knife supplied.
Options: Unger system for fine grinding (i.e.: Hot dogs) – reverse.
Accessories: drilled plates and knives -ø 15mm / 20mm / 30mm sausage funnels – tomato press for vegetable puree.
