Machine with fully removable grinding unit that allows its placement in a refrigerator without having to remove minced meat residues after each use in accordance with the HACCP hygiene standards.   Alternatively, thoroughly wash even in dishwasher (only the stainless steel version). 

Stainless steel body and hopper - fully removable stainless steel grinding unit - ø76mm meat inlet - safety switch on hopper - reverse - oiled gear motor - enterprice system with stainless steel plate (ø6mm holes) and self-sharpening stainless steel knife supplied.
