Definitions

• “SITE” – means the website at address piero.bg
• “ACCOUNT”, “PROFILE” – means an account registered at piero.bg
• “ONLINE STORE” – means the virtual store located at piero.bg providing the opportunity to purchase goods via the Internet.
• “USER” – means a person using the functionalities of the site piero.bg
• “BUYER” – means a person who makes a purchase of goods from the online store piero.bg
Personal Data Protection Policy
The confidentiality and security of our customers’ personal data has always been of paramount importance to us. For this reason, we have created this unified Personal Data Protection Policy, which covers the way we collect, use, store, disclose and delete, or generally “process”, your data.
Your data, provided when creating an account, ordering a product, participating in a promotional game or lottery, subscribing to a newsletter with promotions and news, will be recorded in the database of piero.bg (“Administrator”) and in this regard providing consent to the General Terms and Conditions, an integral part of which is this Personal Data Protection Policy.
Collection and use of personal data
Personal data is any information that can be used to identify a particular person. You may be asked for personal information each time you come into contact with us or our partners (couriers) in order to provide our products. Only in compliance with this Personal Data Protection Policy and all applicable legal provisions may the Administrator and its partners share this information among themselves and use it. Your personal data is processed exclusively on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, only for the period and purposes for which it was provided.
What personal data we collect
• When you register an account, purchase a product, participate in a lottery, etc., we may collect various types of information, including but not limited to name, postal address, telephone number, email, preferred method of communication, bank account information (bank card) or others.
• In cases where it is necessary to issue certain documents, for example an invoice, you may be asked for additional data in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• We store a history of orders made from each account registered on the site.
How we use personal data
• We process your personal data to fulfill our obligations as a party to a contract for the sale of goods or services. We may periodically use them to send important messages such as notifications regarding orders placed, changes to the General Terms and Conditions or other rules.
• In case you have given consent, we process your data to inform you about current promotions and advertising activities. Once given, consent may be withdrawn at any time.
• In case you have given consent to participate in certain events (contest, lottery, game, etc.) we process the data you have provided to us to administer these activities.
Disclosure to third parties
In certain cases, for the purpose of fulfilling our obligations under contracts concluded with you or legal ones, it is necessary or we will be obliged to disclose personal data provided by you to our partners (e.g. transport and courier companies) or to competent authorities.
Protection of personal data
The Administrator takes precautionary measures, including administrative, technical and physical measures, to protect your personal data from loss, theft and misuse, as well as from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.
Integrity and retention of personal data
We will retain your personal data for the period necessary to fulfill the specific purpose for which it is processed, after which it will be deleted, unless a regulatory act requires us to retain it for a longer period. Or 10 years when it comes to accounting records according to Art. 42. (1) of the Accounting Act of 2001.
Rights of the personal data subject
You can check the accuracy, completeness and relevance of your personal data, as well as correct them, by logging into your account.
If you want to withdraw your consent for personal data processing, request correction, object to their processing or request that your data be deleted (“the right to be forgotten”), you should send a request to this effect by email to office@ambassadebeaute.bg. In order to avoid abuse, requests with the above content will be considered only if they are sent from the email used for account registration, and we reserve the right to request additional data in order to establish the identity of the person making the request and the data subject to whom it relates.
Submitted requests regarding personal data will be answered within one month, and in case of need to extend the specified period you will be informed about the extension, as well as the reasons for the delay. We may refuse to process requests that are repeated unreasonably or threaten the confidentiality of other users. In all cases you have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission, kzld@cpdp.bg, Sofia 1592, “Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov” Blvd. No. 2.
Cookies
Cookies are small files with information that are stored in your internet browser or hard disk when visiting the site. Cookies allow us to improve the site so that it contains the most useful information for you. You can set your internet browser not to remember cookies or to delete already remembered ones. How do we use cookies?
We use cookies in order to make our site more pleasant and easy to use for you, to facilitate work with piero.bg through optimization of user data storage along with preserving your anonymity, as well as:

This allows us to track the effectiveness of advertisements on Facebook and collect data for statistical purposes. The data collected in this way is anonymous to us, we do not receive information about the identity of users. However, the data from Facebook is stored and processed, so there is a possibility of connection to the corresponding user profile and Facebook may use the information for its own advertising purposes, in accordance with Facebook’s data usage policy
We use Google Analytics by Google – to generate statistics about site traffic and traffic sources. The data that Google Analytics collects is anonymous and is stored for a period of 26 months.
We use Hubspot.com and Mailchimp.com – to enable unregistered users to subscribe to our free newsletter.
